This chicken bones adobo recipe is simple to make and famous with all who have tasted. Mostly, Filipino people prepared assorted chicken parts, but this time I used chicken bones that I bought in the market, and takes advantage of bone-in-chicken that gives extra flavor from the bones. And this is my finished product.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken bones (sliced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
Oyster sauce (1 pack)
2 bell peppers (red, green)
1 medium size onions (sliced)
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 gloves of garlic (minced)
1 chicken cubes
