Deep fry cooking.hard boiled free range eggs, that are covered with orange batter, deep fried until golden.and this is very popular street food in the Philippines, I stayed in Mabolo Cebu for a months and I saw this popular street food in every corners, streets and sidewalks, but you can make your own version at home to make you satisfied.

Ingredients:
5 or more eggs (free range)
1/2 kilo cooking oil
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of food color (orange)
2 medium sizes onions
1 large cucumber
Skewers
2 cups any kind of flour
2 cups of water
Vinegar &
Chili red
Procedure:
1. Boil the Eggs ; Place the eggs in a pot with boiling water cover & let the eggs cook. After 5 minutes remove from the fire, & rinse the eggs in cold running water.
2. Peel of the shells : Using enough force to form a crack,
3 Mix the annatto powder : Flour and warm water stir until dissolved.
4. Coat the eggs with batter : Roll the eggs around gently until all side are covered in batter.
5, Heat oil in a deep pot : Pour cooking oil into a deep pot, heat the oil in a medium fire.
6. Fry the Eggs : Until golden brown.
7. Remove the kwek-kwek from hot oil and place in a serving plate.
8. Make a sauce : Combine vinegar, chili, salt, cucumber and onions chops.
